I was told I was getting porcilin and gold crowns two of them they lied to me . I received porcilin to metal when he got done you could see the metal collar and he let me walk out looking like that and never said any thing to me . They removed the two crowns and replaced them maid an excuse . his assistant is rude and rough my mouth was tore up swollen brused sores from them , I have never experienced this in my life. They take a discount plan but they don't tell every one that . they are not honest I will persue this issue with the dental bord. oh and every time I asked for a cope showing what I was getting in writing the computer was down and when I did get it after the fact it was in code and I questioned that , I don't know there codes , but they insisted it was gold .. go figure..

About Hygienist: 0 bad attitude this is a chines lady there are others there that are good . she is rough and doesn't take the time to make the coustomer happy. and if you complain about her it like war world two all over ..

I needed my entire upper teeth repaired as well as a lot of other work done. I needed a perfectionist, and a dentist who specialized in cosmetic dental work. I searched and talked with laboratories who make teeth and molds and Dr. Gianni Franceschi's , name always came up when perfectionist was mentioned. I went to see him and found this man to be articulate, compassionate and although I needed a lot of work over several months, every step was precise and his staff felt like family and Nancy, his manager is a doll. They were extremely helpful helping with insurance, payments, worked with me every step. when the Dr. had finished my repair on all my upper teeth it looked like Jesus himself had just made my new teeth. I cried I was so happy and Dr. Franceschi took such care and he was so kind and I noticed that every step he took was precise, and perfect and it seemed as if he was a artist, a architect and a cosmetic surgeon all in one. This man is gifted in his field . I give everything about him and his staff 5 stars
