Dr. Beil did the 1st bridge in 2014. Returned for issues for months & was told everything was fine until, in 2015, Dr. Beil referred me to an endodontist for a root canal because of a margin where the bridge was installed. Even she said it was done wrong. Then Dr. Beil redid the bridge for free. Months later I went to a new dentist (too many billing and insurance issues at Prestige)-- bridge was still wrong and needs done again. In addition, the root canal tooth needed pulled and a new crown. More $$. Dr. Beil refunded the bridge $$ but refuses to pay for additional work.

About Front Desk: Mostly friendly, but always a run-around with billing/insurance. Never paid what you expected.
