place is dirty and old. front desk woman very rude and not very professional. Had a crown done hurt very much said that it will go away he quoted one price and charged me another I had to have it redone by another dentist . Front desk woman Patty was very rude yelling at a woman with her young daughter said she was a terrible patient and she could care less and swore at her she was a few minutes late then he came out and was rude to her . I could not believe what I saw after seeing that I cancelled all my families appointments and will never ever go back. never recommend

Staff very friendly, remember you name, etc. Costs seem reasonable. Red Sox fan if that matters. Relatively easy to get appointments from.

I am extremely nervous around dentists, he made me feel worse than I already felt. He didn't even try to understand my anxietys. The entire customer service in his office was awful. They kept saying Why haven't you been to the dentist in years, why wouldn't you just go? Now you need even more painful work done. See how easy it would have been if you didn't put it off in the first place? Who says that to someone who is already extremely nervous!!!? I will NEVER recommend him!!
