The office is ok. Has convenient hours (evening & weekend). Dr. is knowledgeable.

Wasnt too pleased with the service provided by Dr. klevansky nor the staff at Gwinnett Family dental care in lawrenceville. Renee the office manager and her staff are not empathetic with the needs and concern of the patient. Very unprofessional at the front desk ! It was very dissatifying from the day I walked in from being told they could not verify my insurance information which was not true because I called from my own cell phone and had to give my phone to the staff for them to verify the insurance. What was the problem?? Then I was told that my son need a tooth extracted , then root canal, then extracted. On top of of that they provided me with the wrong fees and turned out I woulld of had to pay more out of my pocket. Never again will I go to this dental office . A waste of my time and very unprofessional.
About Front Desk: Horrible service . Asheley was not very helpful and i was given the wrong fees , she couldnt verify my insurance and not very knowledgable.
