Dr. Chan has always been very professional about my concerns, and he addresses them with my utmost health in mind. Every visit has been wonderful. His staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. I had issues with headaches and grinding, and he was able to make my days so much better. Who knew?
My only real quip is that the office isn't the most "modern" because some things could use an update. He does use digital xrays, a computer system, and the best and current techniques for fillings, veneers, and caps. I feel that a facelift on the dental chairs and smaller things could turn this practice into a perfect place for Quincy.

My front temporary Cap for my front tooth had fallen out several times and this time I ate it by mistake. I was walking around with no front tooth.
My regular dentist was on vacation, and the number of the covering dentist that he left with his office staff was wrong, so there was no one to help me. A friend I worked with gave me Dr. Chan's name and number.
Dr. Chan saw me immediately, and was very professional and pleasent. he had to build me a new crown. He did and the whole procedure was painless. He was comforting and skilled in what he did. He gave me an assessment about some of my other teeth and told me if I had any problems with my new temporary crown to call him right away. He teaches at Tufts and has at least 10 years experience.
I highly recommend him. It was comforting to know he has someone on call all the time.
