As A RESULT OF SEVERAL BOTCHED PROCEEDURES I FILED A COMPLAINT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. AS A RESULT THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH DIVISION OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS LICENSURE PLACED DR STAN BURBA ON A YEAR PROBATION BEGINNING APRIL 7,2012. IF YOU BELIEVE HE POSSIBLY IS GUILTY OF MALPRACTICE PLEASE CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT.

Never again will I see Dr. Burba! I went in for a teeth cleaning, and he was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He treats his patients like they are beneath him, and talks down to his employees. Aside from the rude service, the teeth cleaning was a nightmare. I have never been in so much pain during a routine cleaning. My gums have hurt for the past three days.

I have been going to Burba for years but recently decided to have my teeth completely made over since Dr Randy is now an accredited cosmetic dentist and it made the biggest positive impact on my life. I didn't realize that i never smiled as much as i wanted to because i was so self-conscience of its appearance. Its amazing to look at pictures of me now and see the person I always wanted to be. Thank you so much Dr Randy.
About Hygienist: I have seen each one of them and they are all the nicest girls.
