Your appointment means nothing. Call and cancel with an hours notice, then will not reschedule for weeks. Receptionist does not even pretend to help you. The rest of the staff does nothing but complain about poor compensation and benefits. He goes through hygienists faster than than a McDonald's drive through.

About Hygienist: All they do is complain about how cheap he is and what a crappy boss they have. Never see the same person twice

He is condescending and forgetful. Tells same stories over and over and talks about everything but diagnosis. He said I had a terrible abcess/infection in my tooth-but refused to prescribe antibiotics because I would not agree to have impressions done at the consultation appointment.

About Front Desk: Would not call and verify my insurance and suggested the coverage was less than it actually was.

We did my prosecute over a 6-7 week period because I did not have insurance & they offered no financing... customer service of staff was excellent but I am not happy with quality of dentures at all, they do not fit at all and are cracking I have my final fitting today but I do not see it doing any good

Do not go to this dentist! He is rude and arrogant! He has absolutely no bedside manner! He may be affordable (as the sign says) but his chair side manner is awful. He never listens and assumes he knows how you are feeling. He rushes patients in and out of the office. Doesn't take time to really get to the bottom of what might be going on. He makes you feel as though he is better than you. He walks up and down the hall talking about patients. It's worth going somewhere that cost a little more to actually fell like a human being instead of a waste of his time

prepared for upper &lower dentures, given prescription for antibiotics & pain for upcoming procedure. This doctor is a great dentist! He is patient , kind , knows his business & explains what he is going to do. I don't know what those folks were smoking that gave him a negative review, but I do know they are way off base! My husband used him also, again with good results. I will, & have already recommended him to our daughter & grandson who will change their dentist due to our experiences and her present dentist is too far away. Deborah Andrews

Two weeks ago Beau pulled 9-teeth, (preparing for dentures) I left happy with my new teeth. On Feb.29 I returned to the office with a terrible toothache. I didn't know I would encounter (the father) Timothy, He quickly, rudley looked at my tooth. I had the impression that I was an inconvenience to him. X Rays were done, He took my dentures to carve off some of the back teeth on the denture. Without any other discussion on that, he said "The dentures needed a soft liner", which I had no idea what a soft liner was. The job he did on the liner was so sloppy! I felt my teeth protruded out. After he cramed my teeth in , he pressed so hard on my gums that I began to bleed! He didn't even notice. He walked out of the room saying "you're done". I had to run him down to ask him " what about my partial"? he said " what about it"? I remarked " It hurts to wear it " Well, don't wear it." was his last words.....Today I still have a toothache. I go back next week. I Will ASK FOR BEAU!
