Dr Gitlin bought Dr Frater's practice and I had been a patient of Dr. Frater for several years. Dr Gitlin and her office staff were pleasant I had no complaints until my implant crown broke. I was unable to get satisfactory results in having that replacement implant crown stay in my mouth. It fell out and/or became loose three times. This was extremely unpleasent to have to deal with over a period of months.
I was referred by another dentist to a Prosthodontist whom I really like as he was able to make the implant crown stay in on the first try.

Poor service - she did not bother to show up for periodic dental exam, letting the hygienist perform the work. Poor communication with specialist performing a root canal - did not both to call him even though their opinions differed, forcing patient to choose between their recommendations.

This office is extremly pleasant from the calming decor to the pleasant and upbeat staff. If you are looking to put your dental fears aside this is the office for you. I have already recommended Dr Giltlin's office to several of my co-workers.

Dr. Gitlin is a good general dentist and doesn't push unnecessary work. However, her staff leaves something to be desired. One of the hygenists is so rough that I left bleeding and was sore for 2 days. The receptionist has messed up my appts. more than once. Her office hours are limited and there is no back up for emergencies.

I was recently seen by Dr Gitlin and found her and her staff to be very professional and very friendly. The office is very pleasing to the eye with warm pleasant colors. They offer the most updated technology in whitening Zoom 2. I had it done it works unbeliveable!
