Very friendly from Dr. Kraus on down. Thorough and if there is an issue, it's taken care of immediately. Great reputation all over town (Stow, MA). First time in my life I don't mind going to the dentist!

Dr Krauss is a very gentle, thorough dentist (and likes rock n roll!). Both my kids and I have been going to him for years and are very happy--it's also a small practice so you don't feel like get lost in the merry-go-round of the "supermarket" associates offices where you see a different hygienist every time (our previous experience)
About Hygienist: His staff members are equally good (and he no longer employs the one hygienist our family was afraid of!). They are thorough, explain things, very nice--I like them all alot

I have been a patient of Dr. Kraus for thirty years and never experienced any pain or discomfort. He is friendly and cheerful at all times and does great work. He is also very good about taking payments on work done. His staff is also excellent and just as professional while being caring and gentle with their teeth cleanings.

He's the best, have been going to him for over 30 years and have sent many friends and family members who are very pleased. If he does not do the work himself (for example, oral surgery) he sends you to a very reliable and excellent surgeon.
I have always been petrified of the dentist and he is the first person I ever found who cared and does all he can to make it as painless and stress-free as possible. HE CARES.
