About Front Desk: RUDE. Refused to contact to my insurance office, demanding I call them myself and get the information she wanted. After I had gone home and called them, I called her, and she refused to take the info via phone and wanted me to walk back to the office and give it to her. After she finally got it submitted to the insurance, they denied it because "Practitioner has not provided this office with enough information to determine necessity of procedures." It took them a full year to bill our insurance correctly.
