The office ladys are absolutely a pain to work with , if this office truly wanted good insurance and customers they would see the right patients. I currently waiting for my refund , its been 2 weeks. Today I called to see what the hold up was and was told 10 different things that is holding the refund up , They are unorganized, not friendly and dishonest. would not recommend this to anyone.

I was a patient until , I was told after my first apt to find a new dentist. This was voiced thru a letter . I have never been told this by a dentist , who doesn't want someone with great insurance. Nothing but trouble with this office. I
left my apt in pain and had to go to the ER, not sure if it was the xray that weren't current but OUch!
About Front Desk: Front desk ladys are dis organized and unreliable when it comes to updates , appointment checks , and insurance claims
