Wachusett Family Dental is a wonderful dentist office, where customer service is the focus for all members of the team. My husband and I have both used this office for our dental care and feel very comfortable there. The office is inviting and relaxing, the hygienists very competent and consistent (they try to keep you with the same hygienist for each cleaning), and extra procedures are pain free. Appointments are always on time. They just upgraded to new digital X-Ray equipment a couple of years ago. My only complaint is that the Dentist doesn't check my mouth every time I have a cleaning, only doing this if the hygienist senses a problem. My 3 year-old has his first cleaning in a couple of weeks and I'm comfident it will go smoothly!
