Was recommended to Dr. Campbell by a co-worker. We have different insurance but I called to confirm that they accepted mine and they said they did - I even gave them all my info when I made the appointment. My husband and I went in for a general cleaning and AFTER everything was done they informed me we owed $56! I informed them that my insurance was supposed to cover the full amount and he, his two secretaries and his assistant all began to tell me (in a very condescending manner) that they do, but they're not a part of the "full network." It was painfully obvious that they intentionally withheld this info from me when I made the appointment because, obviously, I would have shopped around for another dentist and they would have lost the service. Why would I opt to pay $56 for a service when my insurance, that I'm already paying for, allows me to get it for free??? It may not sound like much but in this economy every bit matters. They knew darn well the honest thing to do would have been to tell me that I would be responsible for part of the cost becuase they do not fully participate with my insurance. I expect this kind of manipulative treatment from my insurance company, but NOT my doctors!

This guy makes you feel like its a simple procedure no matter what is happening. That has been my experience. I suggest everyone go to him but then how can I get an appt right? My daughter had 8 fillings and he filled them all in 3 visits without her even knowing. He was fast, efficient and she was smiling just as much if not more after he was done.
