I believe Dr. Carter is one of the best in our area. I have been seeing him since I was 6, now my children and my husbands entire family have switched as well.

I saw Dr. Carter before he established a private practice and I would not see anyone else in Baltimore. He understands the fear many people have about dental work, and he works to be sure that you are pain-free. Most important, he doesn't campaign for you to have unnecessary or optional work done. And, he's a hoot!

Dr. Carter has been my dentist for 25+ years. He believed in no pain from the begining. Manily because you can never keep a straight face with him around. Be careful he likes to use the pressure water as a squirt gun. He is also the kind of Doc. you can call most anytime and he will call you back. Thank you Dr. Carter for your help all these years.
