everytime I go in for anything I always leave angry. he is not a bad dentist but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I sat in the waiting room for two hours only to get called in and wait for another hour before actually interacting with him. the entire time all I heard were complaints from other patients who also went through the same exact experience. overall I was there for 3hrs 15min just to have to hear that he couldn't do the procedure and I had to go to a specialist. it pains me to say that I have no other choice in dentists because they are all so far away and he is the closest one to my home, however, I will never recommend this dentist to anyone.
About Front Desk: the scheduling is the biggest problem in this office. my last appointment was at 8am. I didn't see the dentist until 11am because they scheduled about 15 people at the exact same time. sounds like an exaggeration but honestly it's not.
