After formally accepting me as a new patient (my insurance required Primary Dental Office and pays it on a monthly basis), it was very difficult to get an appointment. At the very first visit the doctor refused to make a comprehensive evaluation (suggesting to visit him for this purpose again several months later), and still submitted it to my insurance, as if the service was performed, making it impossible to receive insurance payment for complete examination made by another doctor.
