He runs a very tight ship with his patients and employees. If you are 1 minute late for your appointment, he will not see you. No matter what the reason. But he can keep you waiting and that's ok. If your insurance is a good one they treat you well and if you have an HMO you are treated like a second class citizen. the office mgr is his wife and she is extremely rude. The employees are very nice but in his presence they appear to be subserviant and he is extremely demanding. Overall going to this dental office is not a pleasant experience; it is more painful than the dentisty is itself. I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you are a dental coward this office will reassure you that you have good reason to be afraid.
