Great care! Friendly staff, very professional! This is the only dentist I will go to. I've seen this dentist for many years, and it's always a positive experience.

Bad experience.I arrived to Baltimore and was looking for a new dentist, so I tried going to Dr. Isaacson while my old insurance was still active. I got my teeth checked, the whole jaw moving x-ray, and a cleaning. He found 4 (!) cavities, which was strange, because the most I ever had in my life with my old dentist was 2. Oh well, this part was all fine.
I came back for drilling, and while it went fine, my back right molar now is extremely hard to floss because it wasn't done very well. After a week or two of waiting, I got the bill (the non-insurance covered part was going to be about $400, which I calculated beforehand). It was double that! He overcharged me by $400, and I couldn't figure out how he came to that figure. Finally, I called up the office and pointed this bill out, and WITHOUT HESITATION said "Oh, that's just a mistake. I'll send out a new one", which they then did. Were they just hoping I would pay their bogus amount without question? I felt suddenly like they were just trying get squeeze money out of me.
The whole overcharging thing makes me wonder if I actually had those 4 cavities to begin with. I would never be able to go back here, solely because I can't trust them to have my best interests at heart.

Took my wife for root canal, initially everything looked ok until the dentist burned her upper lip during the procedure, which continued to bled on & off for a day. When told him about that on next visit he didnt show much concern or apologize for that. Instead he was insisting in getting most of her molars crowned starting from the same visit. Tried to make tartar sound like the deadliest thing on planet, even said he would not put crown on the molar (which he had already drilled half way) unless we get all the teeth cleaned by one of his hygienist. Btw my wifes tooth aches every now and then, so it seems all the bad nerves were not taken care of. And dont believe the receptionists co-pay estimate; u will end up paying more than double that amount. Would not recommend him to anyone.

I love Dr. Isaacson and his staff. The are very friendly, professional and not overpriced. I used to go to him when I was little and then starting going to him again as an adult. A+

I found him by "accident" (picked his name out of a phone book) and I have never regretted it! Exceptional manner and service, and the whole staff there is wonderful.

Dr. Issacson and his staff are exceptional in their delivery of good customer service to their patients. I had an emergency and was seen right away, without delay or fuss. Dr. Issacson
is a kind and pleasant dentist with a staff to match.

One of my coworkers introduced me to Dr. Isaason six years ago. I had a number of poor experiences with other dentists, so I was really nervous. While I don't enjoy going to the dentist, I no longer dread the visits. Visits are easy to schedule. I have never had any trouble from my insurance and my company has changed my coverage three times.

I just started going to Dr Isaacson. Everyone was very professional. The cost is about what you would expect. The equipment is very up to date. Everyone was very considerate and I was very impressed with the treatment I received there. I recommend Dr Isaacson to anyone looking for dental care.
