Lack of communication and time to explain treatment, and game plan,

About Front Desk: Horrible schedule and rescheduling aqt least 2/3 times before your seen waiting 3 months sometimes in between. Dragging out care this way, sometimes very last minute notice or you show up to find out the dentist is not in, after you already missed time at work.

About Hygienist: Hygienist are great except for the one unpleasant one but they are all good.
