He is extremely unprofessional! I was over charged for a very simple procedure (small filing of my two front teeth)and I had to return two times in one month to get it repaired. Just 10 minutes ago, the filler I received cracked again. Also, while in his chair, a patient of his called to cancel an appointment. After the conversation, he was calling the patient names and using profanity in front of me.

Dr Rubin is the only dentist I will go to. I am petrified of dentist and he makes me feel comfortable and handle my fears. He and his staff are very friendly. He Is easy to get an appointment with , especially if you are in pain. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found Dr. Rubin to be completely professional and easy to talk with. He clearly explained my treatment options and even went the extra duty by writing letters for me that I needed to get the treatment authorized. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Scheduling a visit has always been very easy. No 6 month wait here! Visits were on time and efficient. The office was pleasant.

doctor did not do what he what supposed to do for the price he quoted me and he made nasty remarks during the visit ( I MEAN WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR HE TREATED ME LIKE A SECOND RATE PERSON BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE .

I felt like he was coming to conclusions without really examining my teeth. I had to keep asking him to look again. After looking again, he would find something new and then I'd have to ask him to look again. Basically, I felt like I had to keep promting him to get a basic level of attention. I have some major work coming up and i'm not confident that he will be careful enough given the lack of attention that i've been getting so far.

I have just been for routine cleanings, but there is usually a wait (sometimes long). Once you see the doctor, the cleaning is very short, and not very meticulous. Also, there have been potential problems pointed out by other dentists which this one either didn't mention or didn't catch. I would not recommend.
