She is very unprofessional,talking with a phone about her personal issues with who knows whom while she's repairing your teeth.so the phone is between her shoulder and cheek while she's working on you.You can also count on that that you will sit in her office at least 3-4 hours before you get in the chair,she doesn't care for your appointment either have respect for your time.at the end she's going to start something and if she got stuck,with time or knowledge to finish what she started she simply going to stop answering your phone.

Miss Luedi is a witch behind closed doors of that office. I can not believe the things I heard her say to her employees. Not once, twice but four visits to her clinic to do work on my molars, she is screaming at her employes making racists comments. I can still hear everything. I wish I can just get the work done so I don t have to go back there. I feel terrible for her employees.

I went to Dr Leudi for an overall check which resulted in fillings needed to be placed. Not only did she lack a personality, she was unable to thoroughly explain the work needed to be done. Was it just me, or did I see cat hair in the corners of the office? I can not believe she is a practicing dentist in Illinois. I will NEVER return to her office. Her attire was unprofessional and more suited for a circus act. Terrible experience overall.
