Dr Marcin is great! If you want a dentist who is friendly, relaxed, and does all the work himself, then you've found him in Dr. Marcin. He also isn't the kind of dentist to drill every little spot he finds - he is more conservative and doesn't fill a cavity unless it is necessary. His Hinckley office is quite old looking, but the service is great. I only gave 3 out of 4 stars for customer service because they don't always answer the phone when you call - partially because they aren't always there (they have a Naperville office too), and partially I think because there's only him and one receptionist who sometimes assists him, so I think sometimes they just aren't at the desk.
He reminds me of the dentist I had as a kid in that he does all the cleaning, xrays, and dental work himself. I've only gone to him once so far, but I was impressed with him on the first visit.
The cost seemed very reasonable. My insurance covered the visit for full xrays and dental exam/cleaning, so I think he charges no more than beyond what is "reasonable and customary," according to my insurance company.
