I go there for regular cleanings and exams. I even went there when I lived outside the States and was only coming home to visit every other year. Dr. Moser is relaxed and friendly, very competent. He did a better job of explaining the problem my orthodontist was having straitening my teeth than the orthodontist did. And he's always willing to take the time to talk about any concerns, and give advice or explain things. I really wish he'd been doing Invisalign when I decided to get it done.
About Hygienist: I love my hygienist there. She rarely causes any discomfort, much less pain, and always notice if I so much as wince. Very gentle, and thorough.

Dr. Moser takes 3 patients in one time slot thereby not giving each patient his full attention. He has little chairside personality. While he is skilled in most general dentisty areas, he does not have expertise in the area of dentures. His costs are on the high side.
About Hygienist: She is great and is extremely skilled. Recommend her highly.

My wife and I were seeing Dr Moser for the past seven years and will no longer be using his services. Not only are we havng problems with crowns and filling completed during the past few years, he has THE most discourteous staff I have ever met. Rude, curt, no billing options, just pay and get the heck out of there. The ONLY reason I was using them was because they were taking my dental plan. No longer. Have since found a Dentist/Practice that we love.
Adios, Dr. Moser. You've cost us hundreds of dollars in bad work and erroneous diagnosis of problems (my need for an implant, as one example).
About Hygienist: The ONLY good thing about the practice. Period.

He's good, and competent. It's his front office staff that I cannot STAND. If it wasn't for Dr. Moser's attitude and quality of his work, I'd look someplace else.

Moser is a competent doctor, but more impressive is an older dentist who works there named Dr. Handelman, who came out of retirement because he was bored. I find all of the dental work performed on me to be good, but the turnover is high, every time I go there are new hygenists, they cant seem to hold onto one. The front office is a little crappy too, turnover is high there, and the office help has an attitude. The environment is utilitarian and ugly but the chairs and stuff are nice.
