The practitioner is very arrogant and incompetent. She does not respect her patients and do not how to communicate.

About Front Desk: Very arrogant man who can not speak English very well. He does not know how to process the insurance paper work.

About Hygienist: Their tools are not clean. I did not see them to use sterilizers while treating patients.

Dr. vahid was great. the procedure was virtually painless, it was as if i went to a spa!!!!
