When politeness goes overboard... She refused to use the word cavity until it was too late and we had to get the cavity filled. When we tried to transfer our medical records the front office is not aware of HIPPA laws and tried to hold our records even though we paid for the filling on the day of the visit. SO much for preventative health! Horrible service!

Front tooth completely broke off; root no good.
Dr. Dosh referred me to a great endodontist who removed the dead root, cleaned the area, and then placed a post.
On return to Dr. Dosh, she made a tooth impression and then attached it to the post.
Wow! The implant looks like my real tooth and great color match.
Now, I smile all the time.
I've been to many different dentists over the years, and most are in the business purely for the money. Dr. Dosh earns her stripes!
Dr. Dosh is truly an expert in her field. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially to those whose dentists only have $$ in their eyes.
About Front Desk: Office personnel are genuinely pleasant, polite, and professional. They take the time to answer all of my questions. Billing manager is also extremely courteous and works with the clients well.

The most insensitive dentist I've ever come across. When you deliver bad news to a patient, do it with tact, explain the alternatives and solutions and don't paint a dooms day scenario. Show some consideration and empathy -- isn't that basic human decency?

I had a dental emergency (cracked tooth) and was looking to see Dr. Dosh as a new patient because I do not like my current dentist. Found rave reviews here about her. Called and spoke to a receptionist, who said that although Dr. Dosh is accepting new patients, she thought I should stick with my current dentist since they "know my case". I asked to speak with the Dr. and explain my situation, but was denied by the receptionist who was very friendly and nice, yet extremely unhelpful and didn't seem to explain what I was saying to her. Was looking forward to working with this doctor, but I can't force her to take my money/see me! Wanted to post this for patients looking for a new dentist- I'm sure Dr. Dosh is a great dentist based on the reviews here, but it seems like she is VERY overbooked, so you might want to try elsewhere if looking to switch.

I find Dr. Dosh and her staff to be very professional and friendly. The facility is what you would expect. My family would recommend Dr. Dosh to anyone looking for a dentist in the Burtonsville area.

I don't like visiting dentists, but who does??? Dr. Dosh makes me feel quite comfortable during my appointments. I think her staff is professional, patient and friendly. I've been a patient for eleven years and I plan to continue my relationship.

I saw Dr Dosh during the summer of 2007. They were running behind and had me waiting for quite a while. When I did see Dr Dosh, the bedside manner was a pleasant experience. Her assistant did some cleaning work, and that was somewhat pleasant. I got too many lectures, some of which I thought were over the top. I found Dr Dosh and her staff coming off as "know it all" and a bit too preachy. Nothing wrong with what they said, but again, a bit over the top. They were pushing a bunch of brushing products that I didn't think I needed. Moreover, the bill for my visit that day was very high. And they made a couple of mistakes too. It left me with the impression that they cared more about billing and the money than just my teeth/gums. As it turned out, I need more periodontal work. at I should have insisted on getting that done at a Periodontist office instead, which i am now undergoing this year. In summary - although Dr Dosh's office is definitely competent and the place is very nice, I decided not to go back due to their attitude and their pricey-ness. I am instead pursuing a more normal dentist office, and I am seeing specialists when I need to.

Dr. Dosh is a consummate professional. My procedures are painless, and her advice and the results have been phenomenal! My whole family uses Dr. Dosh, and she is as wonderful and professional with the children as she is with the adults. Superb!
