Dr. Baronas and his staff are kind and efficient. I am very anxious after many difficult dental procedures over the last 50 years, but they have renewed my confidence in the possibility of gentle and thoughtful care. I underwent extraction of a wisdom tooth--they made sure my mouth was completely anesthetized, and the tooth and its long roots popped right out. I have undergone cleanings every six months and received several fillings. They have invested in the latest technology but have never lost the personal touch. You will find a lifetime home for your dental care here.
About Front Desk: Front office staff have been in place for many years. They are efficient and thoughtful and have embraced technology in ease of payment, reminder texts and patient records.

About Hygienist: Angie is excellent. She is direct and easy to talk to, thorough and proficient with the state of the art equipment, and encouraging regarding home care of your teeth. She's likely to give you a personal reminder call the night before your appointment, too.

I went there on the recommendation of Dr Oogle and found Dr Baronas to meet or exceed all expectations. I had an examination and lower 2nd molar tooth extraction with little pain but some lingering ache from the abscess even now, 72 hours later. Cost for both $220, and unfortunately, because he is not in my insurer's network I will have to pay $120 of it. Facilities are good, but not like a health spa!!!, insurance help was very good, chair-side and front-desk manners very cordial. i would not hesitate to recommend Dr Baronas to others.

I am very afraid of the dentist, but I trust Dr. Baronas completely. He tells me what he is going to do, how much it will cost, and has never hurt me. He is also the kindest man I have ever met, and all of his staff lives up to his example

I liked the staff very much. They were very helpful, pleasant, and reassuring. The dental procedures went fine, but I suffer from anxiety during visits to the dentist...I would like it if they offered sedation options. Dentist was very nice, understanding, and competent.

i have been going to dr. baronas for 15yrs now. never had a bad experience, he is an ARTIST when it comes to crowns and
veneers !
i highly recommend him for any dentistry work.

I went to a bunch of dentists on my MDIPA HMO plan, and they varied from mediocre to scary. A friend recommended Dr. Baronas, and I've been with him for the last fifteen years. He's redone some of my old fillings, he's installed a crown, made me a nightguard for my grinding problem, and cleaned and cleaned and cleaned my teeth. His staff is very friendly and very competent. Dr. B is one of a very few "master" dentists in Maryland, showing his dedication to continuing education and maintenance of the state of the art in dental treatment. I wouldn't change dentists for the world.
