Does great work but is extremely nasty and demeaning to his staff even in the presence of patients. His service focuses on high end procedures; not much preventative care offered. I've witnessed him chastising an assistant as they were performing a procedure on me.
Often their billing is incorrect and they won't bill more than one provider. It is left up to the patient to do this. His assistance will call you to the point of harrassment for payments. They seem to be overly concerned about filling every available appointment to the point of calling the same day to come in early if another patient has cancelled.

Dr Karpa is always ontime and his staff is very friendly and competent. His work is superb and painless. I highly reccommend dr Karpa to everyone.
