Dr. Kaye did my root canal completely pain free. The staff is great. Emergency appointment the same day I called. Don't let anyone tell you root canal is painful.

My experience was great. I called the office on a Tuesday morning at 8:30am and was seen by the doctor at 2pm the very same day. I was treated with kindness not only by the doctor but by the office staff as well. I hope that i never need another root canal, but, if I do, I know where to go.

The best dental experience in my life. I was experiencing pain, and I got an emergency appointment that day. My root canal was painless! The doctor was professional and personable, and explained my options prior to the procedure. It was painless! I was in and out in 20 minutes. They are respectful of your time and schedule. The front office staff was more than helpful and cheerful. They even gave me directions to the office and stood outside when I could not readily find the office. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a root canal and it was less painful than some experiences i've had with a regular dentist. Procedure was done very quickly too--which was great. healing and follow up were free of complications.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Kaye. It started with the office manager who made several mistakes in scheduling my appointments. The time and date she had written down on a business card for the appointment didn't match what she had written down in her scheduler. She turned me away twice! Not only was it extremely frustrating, but she was rude and demeaning in handling this issue.
Dr. Kaye did a routine root canal on one of my molars, and 5 months later, I started having pain and sensitivity in that very tooth, indicating that the root canal was done improperly. As a result, I had to pay again for a repeat root canal as well as for a new crown (of course, at a different dentist's office.)
In addition, the facilities at his office seemed antiquated and old.
I've never had such a negative experience in any doctor's office ever.

Dr. Kaye was an OK dentist, but his office manager is rude. I would never go back for that reason alone.
