The charge is much higher than most of the dentist. The customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!

Dr. Rattner is great! He's good at communicating what a patient's options are, and good at the actual fixing-of-teeth that is what dentistry is supposed to be all about. The only reason I don't go to him any more is that some of my bills were significantly higher than the office staff had told me to expect, and with my income hovering around the minimum wage level I can't afford any more billing surprises. I do, however, highly recommend Dr. Rattner to anyone who can afford the kind of costs that are typical of dental care in the greater DC area.

Dr. Rattner's staff was very responsive on e-mails and discuss billings without any problems. Manners were excellent in the office.
