He's seems to be a very good dentist and someone you can trust. Also he's a dentist who won't advise you to have a procedure you don't need. I highly recommend.
About Front Desk: Friendly - but I wish they could get the billing right the first time. After paying there's always seems to be a following bill on something that wasn't covered by our dental plan.
About Hygienist: Does a good job cleaning.

Dr. Gross performed an implant procedure for one of my teeth. The procedure was successful. He and his staff helped me to be as relaxed as I could be. Dr. Gross has a wonderful sense of humor and makes each appointment enjoyable. I have already recommended him to my family and friends!
About Hygienist: Patty Evans is extremely gentle and thorough. She makes getting my teeth cleaned a pleasant experience.

Dr. Eric Gross is definitely the best dentist I have ever had!
He is a dedicated professional and creates a calm and warm atmosphere. Every visit is a learning experience and he and his staff ensures that your treatment is a top priority regardless of the nature of the visit.
