Dr. Chan is a great dentist, and cosmetic dentist! He is an expert and excels at all dental procedures. Dr. Chan takes the time needed to do an exceptional job in everything he does. I am finishing INVISALIGN with his office and am very pleased as I had very crooked bottom teeth. Maria, the dental assistant, is amazing- she does an excellent job, is empathetic, bright and has guided and helped me through my INVISALIGN experience. She is the best dental assistant that I have had the pleasure of having! Samantha (Sam) at the front desk is such a treasure. Sam is always professional and courteous. She takes her job seriously from booking appointments, asking all questions and handling all administrative responsibilities. Sam is so nice, bright , caring and the best front desk person I have ever dealt with ever! Dr. Chan has chosen a great staff. Maria and Sam are incredibly customer oriented.

The facility is nice, but he charges a lot and also there are many hidden charges. The worst part he did a crown for me without accessing the situation properly, so I had to go back to do it again - after enduring days of excruciating pain!!!

I know this doctor: 1 year

Very pleasant and professional doctor and staff. Had several old fillings replaced. Anesthesia was slowly administered so that tissue damage would be minimized. Was badly startled when used some sort of drill that felt like was metal bouncing on the side of my teeth. Said he liked the implement because although bumpy would only target decay and not healthy tooth. There was an apology and change of instrument. Once I was out as anesthesia wore off started to feel a lot of pain. Noticed that the right side of my face was swollen. Felt quite distraught. Called them and went back because it felt as if the teeth on the opposite side of the work done weren't touching. They were...this seemed to be just a sensation. Drilled down the fillings a bit. Gave a prescription for tylenol with codeine. I was in tears from the whole experience. My face is a bit swollen and hurts to open my jaw. Feels bruised. I have never had an experience like this and would like to know if anybody else has. I wonder if the nerve was touched when the injections were being administered since my face is tender to the touch close to my upper jaw. I have been unable to work today.

Dr. Chan is the best dentist I've seen. I moved out of state but I still make the 3 hour drive twice a year. DL
