Dr. Fields checked a filing that one of his co-workers had done, which had some rough edges to it. His demeanor was rude and sarcastic, which was unprovoked. I walked out without being treated.

My family has been treated by Dr. Fields for the past 35 years! My very first visit to Dr. Fields, at age 30, involved an "interview" where he listened and collected information that was the basis for my treatment and care over the years. For several years after, he remembered my tremendous fear, anxiety, and prior horrible dental procedures that I had with other dentists and he always was patient and genuinely careful to keep my comfort and stress at the lowest level possible. Dr. Fields even has treated me on an emergency basis, outside of office hours. Over time, I have learned to trust Dr. Fields and now even look forward to having my teeth cared for. His office staff, and especially his dental assistant, Nan, are always welcoming and cheerful. His costs are reasonable and he allowed us to have a payment plan when our four sons were growing up with only one wage earner. Equally important, is the fact that the office staff is always very helpful with insurance billing issues and questions. I've told Dr. Fields how grateful and thankful I am to have him as my dentist. I have referred many people to Dr. Fields and will continue to do so.

Extremely poor customer service, incompetent and unfriendly staff, cramped examining areas with no privacy. Supposed to be family friendly, but does not care about time taken off/out of school when they make a scheduling mistake - will not work with you. Do not recommend at all. Go somewhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Fields and Dr. Frome for a number of years now. Both are excellent dentists, and I would recommend them without reservation.
