I strongly recommend that you stay away from Dr. Ives. He told me I needed 5 fillings, and 3 old fillings needed to be redone. Prior to my visit with him, it had been 15 years since I had a cavity,since I was about 10 years old. I was shocked at what he had to say, and got a second opinion from the dentist my parents use, I went to Dr. Ives because he was cheaper, anyway, turns out I have ZERO cavities, and my old fillings are fine.

About Hygienist: I don't remember her name, but she didn't really do any cleaning. She was very nice, and gentle. It's just that i could still feel plague on my teeth when I got home. Waste of money.
