I remember I was treated by Dr. Anderson between 08 and 09. I had some problems with enamel erosion and Dr. Anderson attempted to treat it. He made molds and tried to do some crazy procedure where he would restore the teeth using some kind of compound. He must have used the cheapest compound because after the procedure was done my teeth started to crack around all areas of the compound and I had to go back at least 5 times and every time I had to get him to fill in the problem areas he would cuss at me and use foul language and then yell at his staff. This guy doesn't have a clue what he's doing and to add insult to injury he purposely had the dental plan I was using deleted from the dental plans he accepted so that I was unable to continue to come back to get any further corrections made. This was the last straw. Saw some of his staff out and about in Hagerstown and they said he was a real nut case. He truly screwed up my teeth. The damage he caused was incredible. This guy shouldn't be allowed to practice dentistry. Rude, loud, and belligerent!
About Front Desk: It's been a while but from what I can remember they were pretty nice. They had to correct Dr. Anderson's over charging me due to my dental plan's prices.

this guy is a real dick and doesn't know how to be nice to his staff.one day he will realize that karma bites hard..i went in for an apt one time and overheard him treating one of his staff members terrible.you don't treat someone like that who is tryin to help u..you should be glad u have someone that nice and reliable working for you.
About Front Desk: well one of his staff members was arrested for drugs in the past,i think he needs to check out his employees a little better
