I have been going to Dr. David Kitahara for the past 15 years and must say, he is the kindest, gentlest, most compassionate medical professional I have ever been to and has an absolutely marvelous sense of humor. One must possess a special skill set for being able to put their patient at ease while administering Novocain and, worse, drilling into their teeth. I have never feared Dr. David nor has he ever caused me pain or discomfort. As an added bonus, his son, Bryan, recently joined his team and is every bit as talented as his father. As well, you will never meet a friendlier, more professional support staff as the wonderful individuals who work alongside Drs. David and Bryan. Without a doubt these gentlemen, and their team, are the elite of their profession... you couldn't pay me enough to ever consider going to anyone else.
About Front Desk: Dr. David has the warmest, friendliest and most sincere support team I have ever encountered. They really make you feel like you're the most important person in the world when they interact with you.

About Hygienist: Shawn is the best of the best. She has been with Dr. David for more years than I can count. She is warm, compassionate, and very gentle.

Not only does Dr K. comfort his patients but he becomes a friend as well. His staff is not only professional but as friendly as can be. I would recommend Dr. K to anyone.

He is an excellent dentist that embraces technology and utilizes the latest techniques.
About Hygienist: Very thorough.....it hurts a little but you know how clean your teeth is.

Dr. Kitahara is a phenomonal dentist. He is an excellent doctor and the office is so comfortable. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Kitahara and his staff helped me to be able to relax when going to the dentist. I had always been terrified of dentists for reasons I don't know. After being taken such good care of by Dr. K and his staff, I am no longer a bundle of nerves at the thought of dental visits.
Dr. K also put the crowns on my implants after the surgery at Walter Reed. I am now able to eat steak and enjoy it!
I would recommend Dr. Kitahara to anyone looking for a dentist for themselves or their children.

Dr Kitahara is a great dentist-he takes his time and is always willing to make sure everything is perfect. Dr K is such a relaxed person that he makes you feel comfortable which is really hard when you know you're about to have your teeth drilled! Go to Dr K!!

Dr. Kitahara is a pleasant human being and provides a pleasant environment to service his patients. I found his service to be outstanding, and he strives to please the patient. I have had root canals and other significant dental work completed by Dr. Kitahara. He has always worked to accommodate my schedule as a sole practitioner.
