Started seeing this dentist in 2003. Had front crown placed. Crown continuously fell out. Had it recemented back in too numerous to count times. Eventually suffered permanent tooth loss. Further, provider was double billing me, I was paying up front and he was also billing my dental insurance carrier, thus being paid twice. Reported this fraud activity to the insurance provider. It is my belief that he has done this many, many times before to unwitting patients. This is not a reputable dentist.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff, namely secretary could never suitably explain to me why she was billing insurance carrier after she had collected money upfront from me. Kept saying she was getting me more benefits. Practice needs to be indicted for fraud. This is a scam that has been carried out more than once or twice. Absolutely shameful establishment.
