at first we were happy but as time went on Dr. Pupkin became greedy and mistakes he made on family members teeth, he handed off to other dentists to fix and still wanting to charge for his services. Never humble and admitting his mistakes. His staff is unprofessional and either rude, pushy about selling treatments, or yelling at one another infront of patients. There are much better alternatives right in the same area. My new dental office is great!
About Front Desk: She was nice when she first started and now she is unpleasant and works as the office bulldog which made it uncomfortable to go in. She's not a thoughtful lady.

Dr. Pumpkin is a very thorough and accommodating dentist. His work is pain free and successful. The atmosphere in the office is very friendly and patient centered. I would and do recommend Dr. Pumpkin

This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. Dr. Pupkin started with me and showed me an extensive treatment plan. He prioritized the plan based on my budget and what was needed in my mouth at the time. For years he was paitent and kind with me. Bringing my mouth to a place of pride and sustainability. I do not know where my teeth would be without Dr. P. But not in my mouth!!!!
About Hygienist: They are the most thorough and passionate hygenists I have ever met. They take pride and care in your mouth as much as you do.

At first appointment did a treat plan to redo practically every tooth that had a filling. Wanted to do crowns or redo fillings. The first crown matches in color but i can tell it is a crown because you can see the metal at the gumline. I was told in short time the gum would completely cover it. That never happened and I can see it when I smile. When i hesitated to get the next crown he said i shouldn't wait until I started having pain because I wouldn't be able to handle it. I feel he was trying to intimidate me to get more work done. I got a second opinion from another dentist who didn't think it was necessary to do all that work.
