The office staff are rude. I hate having to talk to any of them. Dr. Wohlford is qualified and did a good job with my daughter's surgery. However, he lied to me about the cost. Originally he quoted an out-of-pocket amount based on the insurance we had at the time. When it came time to do the surgery, the cost went from $1,000 to $7,000. They said that the insurance company changed what they would pay. We did not have that much money so we tried to cancel. Dr. Wohlford told me to my face, in front of his assistant and my daughter that he would do the surgery for the original amount he quoted and he would write off the rest as needed. I asked him to put it in writing but he said it wasn't necessary, he would take care of it. We told everyone what a great man he is. Now that the surgery is done, they're billing us for $3000, plus deductible, and he refuses to honor his word. I wrote him a letter asking him to change his mind about the amount with no avail. I will not use him again.
