filed down the surface of my teeth on the upper right side. Did not need to be done and does not know what he is doing. How is he still in business?

I took my 18 year old daughter to Dr. Cohen for a routine cleaning and possible cavity. He told me and my daughter that she had the gums of a 70 year old! He spoke to us like he was irritated that she did not have perfect teeth! Hence the need to visit a dentist?? He then informed us he needed to scale her teeth for one reason or another. After a couple of visits we ended up with a bill (after insurance) of about $1500. When I wrote a letter disputing the bill, he sued my daughter!!! Although it was my husband's policy, and I signed the paper work he decided to sue an 18 year old college student! She was living on campus in Baltimore and it was a hassle to have to come back here to court, so she said she (which means me of course) would pay installments. In my opinion, he is a sorry excuse for a human being. I wouldn't do business with him again for anything. I would advice anyone to steer clear of this guy, as the bill was sketchy, as well as the man!

Great service. Doctor took me in the same-day for a root canal and did an excellent job. Very conscientious. Explained step-by step. Does not take insurance directly to company so you must pay and file claim. A little expensive compared to others, but great service. Parking at office very difficult.
