I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and was told I wouldn't be seen. I have waited over 30 minutes numerous times to see Dr Cooper so for them to tell me I couldn't be seen for being only 10 minutes late is inexcusable. I have never been late to an appointment even though I drive over 20 miles one way so this can't be an excuse not to see me. It seems Dr Cooper doesn't value his patients time as much as his own.

Dr. Cooper is a jokester and makes going to the doctor fun! Excellent services and amazing care!

Unfortunately I had to move out of state, otherwise I'd still be going to him. Friendly, prompt, makes you feel comfortable. I need to find a Dr. Cooper clone in my area.

very friendly and gentle. best i've had in a long time! he worked out payment plans for me. the root canal he fixed for me didn't hurt a bit! i'm so looking forward to going back.

He has a wonderful demeanor and takes time to get to know his patients and their needs. He does a good job and is gentle.

Dr. Cooper is very thorough in is examination and recommendation. He recommended a tooth extraction for me and explained me the reasons very clearly. His office staff are very cordial and helpful.

Dr. Cooper has a great personality and treats each patient with a kindness. The staff is excellent and the care is superb.

He's a nice dentist, but He is not proactive. I have asked him many times about mouthguards - because i grind my teeth at night....and he doesn't answer my questions or provides more information. He's too rough on my teeth - there was one really good hygenist there - she was VERY gentle - but the others are pretty rough on my teeth, i don't know if it's just me, but I just don't really like it there. The receptionist is very nice. My sisters and I agree that we are not happy with how they clean our teeth - they are too rough , we always bleed and he isn't proactive as I'd like him to be - but he's a nice guy.

Dr. Cooper, his associates and his staff all have wonderful personalities and enjoy a fantastic working relationship. This translates to happy customers and it's a very pleasant place to be.
