Dr. Lipps is a truly great dentist. I've been going to him for 15 years. Although he does not take insurance, his staff provides you with all the paperwork. He is a very honest and professional dentist. I have recommended him to colleagues, friends, and family.
About Front Desk: Very nice and courteous.
About Hygienist: She is great, very personable and professional. Gives a great cleaning

I've been seeing Dr. Lipps for years. He's very thorough, great on prevention, and pretty much saved my teeth. He and his staff are friendly, efficient, and kind, Couldn't recommend this practice more highly. And as a matter of fact, I have, to many of my friends!

Does not take insurance and very uncooperative when it comes to providing information in order to file insurance claims. Very expensive. I have paid him thousands of dollars for treatment and have yet to get a single penny reimbursed from insurance in large part due to a combination of his inability and unwillingness to provide the documentation requested by the insurance carrier. I have had several procedures that needed to be repeated and was charged full price for work that had to be redone. I have been a long time patient but based on my recent experience I am going elsewhere.
About Front Desk: Worthless. Won't do anything without talking to Dr. Lipps first. Either incapable or unable to help with insurance issues.

Very professional ental care. Work is done efficiently an d service is extremely efficient- somewhat expensive

Both at a professional and personal level I think it's difficult to find better than Dr. Lipps. He is very friendly, explains in detail what is going on, possible solutions, advantages and disadvantages. I have done mostly repair and replacement of old fillings, X-rays, preventive and regular cleaning.
If there is an emergency I can always count on being treated almost immediately.

Dr. Lipps is gentle, thorough, and has a terrific chair-side manner; making going to the dentist a breeze. His hygienist, Luvy, is the best and has been with him for years. His staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend Dr. Lipps and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist

Dr. Lipps did a good job and was good at diagnosing problems. I stopped going to him because he stopped participating with my insurance.

My wife & I have been going to Dr. Lipps for more than 25 years, and he's absolutely the best. Great service for routine cleaning & exams, fillings & crowns, and outstanding response to emergencies like a broken tooth or filling. Reasonable prices, great location with a nice top-floor view.
About Hygienist: The same hygienist has handled my semi-annual cleanings for years, and is outstanding in every respect.

Dr. Lipps and his staff are professional, thorough, gentle, and personable. I've recommended him to family, friends, and coworkers and everyone's been completely satisfied. Unlike other dentists, he never promotes costly procedures but is willing to discuss the positive and negative aspects should you have any questions.
