The office is great, best technology, Dr. Weiss is very knowledgeable and does a very good job. He is going to give you a Hollywood smile. If you are his patient, you will always get an appointment soon, never have to wait, stress free. The only problem is that his services are expensive and he will not give an estimate before major procedures or he will tell you one price ad then you will see extra charges on your account. In addition, they will tell you have to do this and that and seems like your dental problems never end and you become a permanent resident in their office. He's a great salesman! I have always gone above my annual insurance limit after the first 2-3 visits, which is ridiculous. However, I have had very bad experience with Persian and Asian dentists in this area and I am sticking with Dr. Weiss because he gives you what you pay for and you just have to learn to say no to him selling his service.
About Hygienist: Hygienist Lisa is great. Gentle, caring, does the job well.

I needed a new dentist and I'm dating again, so I searched for a Cosmetic dentist, and Dr. Weiss has the second highest certification within the Cosmetic Dental assoc. This is an initial review, I'm not finished personally evalulating his work.
What I can say so far, is that he does seem to be expensive, but through. I don't think I've ever had as through a cleaning as with this office. They make you feel comfortable and he answers all questions - but you will have to ask the questions. His evaluation, with xrays and an intra-oral camera showed I had a cavity between two back teeth that my previous dentist never saw, and he filled that and replaced an old silver filling on one of the teeth at the same time. He seems good so far, I'll add more detail later, as more work is done.
One complaint I have; I have old crowns on my two front teeth, they are in my opinion very good, other dentists have thought so as well. He and his staff immediately said they needed to be replaced, - true they are a little yellow, they were matched to my other teeth at the time they were installed - but still it gives me pause.

Used this dentist for almost 10 years without any problems. A supprize came when he decised to do some work without providing an estimate on the cost or insurance coverage... owe him $6,000, only $1,700 of wich is covered by my insurance

Still undoing damage from his performing unneccessary fillings which were done so poorly that I now have cracks in those teeth. I've had to crown three of them. Of course trying to prove this is next to impossible. I rarely needed a filling before visiting him, and I haven't had one in the 15 years since I stopped going to him. Other family members have had same experience.
