worst exper! had front tooth crownd 4 years ago , kept fallin out, had to go back each time for him to redo. Finally had tooth extracted for implant upon his reccmdation, and braces to straighten bite by ortho,He gave me a ponte ( false tooth) to use with braces, after 4 months went bk coz ponte was protrudin below other front tooth as the hole from extraction healed. Very rude, condescendin, said doesnt hav answers for everythin, jerkd bib from my neck wen leavn a little too rough, Had no suggestions at all to correct the condition, said had to go pick up his mom from airport, I askd if i could come back later, said he wasnt comin back! Said he'd do watever i wanted him to do quickly,, Well i am not the dentist! I hav no idea how to correct it. Tooth hangn out of my mouth kept in position by brace and that's how i left!
Does his work as a JOB not a PROFESSION. Read another review similar. Says he's been dentist for 20 years..obviously bored! Dont be fooled by nice environment, it's a facade!In fact elevator in buildin wasnt workin and he's on the fourth floor! Door locked at stairs! His assistants better mannered than he is, doesn't care to expalin too much to you...nor hear ur thoughts or apprehension...very superficial!

Excellent customer service. The atmosphere is not your typical dentist office. It's pleasant, nice looking and they have the latest health care technology.
About Hygienist: The hygienist have a welcoming manner, gentle and makes visiting the dentist office a less frightening experience.

The caps that Dr.Kelson placed caps on my front teeth are very unattractive. However, the larger problem was in his technique and unprofessional manner. He yanked on my teeth like they were nails in cement and got visibly with me angry when the procedure took more time than he had planned. He was rude and insensitive.
After my experience with Dr.Kelson, I have spent several years avoiding dentists which had never been the case for me in the past. I have finally found a dentist who has to remove the caps and has referred me to an endodontist because the nerve in one of the teeth capped by Dr.Kelson was damaged. I had suspected this because of the pain and inflammation that persisted after Dr.Kelson's procedure.
I have several other dental restorations older than those done by Dr.Kelson and those teeth are healthy and the caps looks great after many, many ,many years.

Dentists are scary, but when you walk into Dr. William Kelson's office, you get the feeling of having walked into your own living room. The decor is so relaxed and calming, you immediately know your experience will be a pleasant one. Dr. Kelson is fantastic. After not seeing a dentist for over twenty years, I visited Dr. Kelson and was totally impressed. He is extremely personable, very knowledgeable and allays any fear you may have about dentists. After reviewing your medical history and x-rays, Dr. Kelson takes considerable time to explain his course of action in terminology that is easily understood. He gives the patient ample opportunity to express their concerns and make any inquiries of him they feel necessary. His staff is excellent, as well. They are very friendly, extremely efficient and invite you to feel free to call upon them for any assistance you may need. The camaraderie between Dr. Kelson and his Staff in their interactions is clear to see, which also gives the patient a greater feeling of confidence that Dr. Kelson and his Staff will do their level best to ensure the patient's satisfaction and make their experience a pleasantly memorable one. Without hesitation, I will refer Dr. Kelson to anyone I know! Kudos!
About Hygienist: Twanda, one of Dr. Kelson's Hygienists is personable, efficient and attentive. Twanda makes you feel free to ask questions and her responses are indicative of her knowledge and expertise in her position. For someone like myself who is terrified of the dentist's chair, witnessing Twanda perform her "routine" so meticulously eases the anxiety of going to the dentist. Twanda is top flight!

Dr. Kelson is the total package. He is professional, personable, compassionate and thorough. He is a pillar in his community and makes an effort to get to know all of his patients on a personal level.
I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Dr. Kelson is a very personable, well educated and skillful dentist. He's an "old school dentist" who is well grounded in the fundamentals of preventative denistry but is also adept at restorative dentistry. He has an excellent staff with includes a great dental hygientist -she gave me the most comprehensive oral exam and pain-free cleaning I ever had! The only down side is Dr. Kelson only takes Aetna and Metlife dental insurance. But if you have one of these two insurances, I highly recommend him. Remember, you get what you you pay for in life, and Dr. Kelson is worth the investment.

Dr. Kelson has been taking care of my teeth for as long as I can remember and I would not trust anyone else to do the job. He is the best!
