One word --FANTASTIC! I have been a patient of Dr Pollack's for about 4 years. I recently had veneers to finally correct crooked teeth that I have always been so self conscious about. Dr. Pollack did 6 veneers on my upper front teeth that are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am so exited about my new teeth -I urge you to run not walk if you want a true artist to do your cosmetic dentistry.
Besides Dr. POLLACK his staff is by far the nicest group of women I have ever encountered in a dental/medical office.
I highly recommend Dr Pollack -- he is my dentist for life!
About Front Desk: They are wonderful. Extremely friendly and Claire is very knowledgeable about dental insurance. The office makes me feel like family.
About Hygienist: Margaret is spectacular! She is gentle but thorough. I love seeing her

This dentist is a cheapskate. Check out his “fees,” such as those for X-ray processing, that I have never been charged before by any other dentist, as well as others that I have never even heard of before, such as those for needle removal, which were described by my insurance company, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, as “outrageous.” Check out his office--the carpet looks like it has not been replaced in decades, is marked by mismatched swaths in different rooms, with little strips between rooms, and the walls have smudges and dents. Check out the impact of his financial self-interest on patient treatment: I saw him for the first time after being seen by my old dentist (in another state) for years and who, at the most recent visit, didn’t find any problems. Dr. Pollack recommended, at my visit three months ago, that I have two crowns put in, my gums rebuilt and a mouth guard made. I refused everything and am pleased to say that I have not had to see a dentist since. Finally, with respect to competence, check this: He managed to lose my X-rays, the ones he was trying to charge me to get access to.

WOW! Finally a dentist I love and trust. Dr. Pollack is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. He is so personable and explains everything in basic terms so that I could easily understand the treatment plan that he had prepared for me. I was getting really frustrated trying to find a dentist that was honest and that I could trust. After much frustration I asked a co-worker who she went to and she said "Dr. Pollack--everyone here at work goes to see him we all love him and his staff". I am so happy to have finally found Dr. Pollack-- a wonderful, caring and competent dentist that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. His staff was extremely helpful in holding my hand through all the insurance craziness. They even file all the claims for you--- big change from other offices I have been to in the past. Most dental offices are scary but not this one and Dr. Pollack is so gentle you don't even feel him working on you! Dr. Pollack has changed my whole outlook on dental care and created a brand new smile that I proudly flash every chance I get. Go and see for youself will be glad you did--- I am!
About Hygienist: I have seen both of Dr Pollack's hygienist and I cannot say enough about them. They are gentle and informative and always have helpful information for me about how to better care for my teeth. I love that they actually take the time to show you how to properly brush and floss! No other dental office has EVER done that! The cleanings are thorough and they take their time to make sure the job is well done. I love having my teeth cleaned in Dr. Pollack's office

Dr. Pollack does great work when he is on time so make sure you have time to wait. If you have a question about insurance the staff answering (not the off hours answering service) may ask you to call back when a more knowledgeable person is available - why can't all front desk staff know the basics?
About Hygienist: All are great, but one rushed me through a guard molding and didn't take for that reason. Also had to reorder the correct guard. I was clear that I wanted the bottom, but they ordered the top.

Always running extremely late and has some excuse!!! He's always in a hurry as well, not listening to what i'm telling him or hearing but disregarding like i don;'t know what i'm talking about. would never recommend this office to others....

Dr. Pollack is a great dentist. I have my regular cleanings at his office and I have had a cavity filled. I have found that he is always quick and gentle.

I have been going to Mike Pollack for about ten years now. He was a friend before he was my dentist. I went to him because my current dentist was going to pull a back tooth. He looked at me and told me that wasn't necessary -- informed me that it would change my jaw structure so we did a root canal and a crown instead. He will always make time for your concerns and will find the best solution available without rushing you in and out. They also have neck warmers and tvs to make your trip to the dentist as relaxing as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike Pollack.

Dr Pollack has provided painfree dentistry to me within my work hours. The novocaine has always been meticulous so I don't return to work with a crooked, swollen face. The staff helps me to juggle payments and schedules to give me maximum dental care.

I like Dr. Pollack and his staff. His manner is straighforward. Its pretty easy to get appointments. His staff members are all friendly and efficient. As other reviewers mentioned, he does not have a regular hygenist - which is not ideal. But, he is always available for consultations.
