Dr. Bob is the best dentist of all time! He knows I have a terrible fear of dentists (a few bad experiences as a child and young adult) and has always dealt with me in a kind, caring manner that relaxes me to the point where I'm not jumping out of the chair. I see him religiously twice a year. He has repaired a few chips and replaced a few failing fillings over the years, but has never gone overboard with outlandish treatments. My teeth are beautiful! His staff is also excellent. Calming and competent. Gentle dentistry all around.

I went to Towson University (aka TSU) and was referred to Dr. Noppinger who has his office very close to campus. Have stayed with him ever since. He has never suggested any major dental work. I have been chewing steaks without a single problem for all these years. A few cavities over the years and that has been it. He must be good at preventative dentistry. And he obviously has not show any greed either.

Dr. Noppinger is great. I have been visiting him since I was a young child. I am now 32. I had moved out of the area for about 8 years, and Dr. Noppinger was willing to take me back on as a patient once I returned. I live in the York, PA area, but am work in Baltimore City. I did not even think about going to another dentist. I would recommend him to anyone I could. I can not comment on cost as I usually only have a co-payment.

Delightful office staff and comfortable, cheery atmosphere. Dr. Noppinger is extremely skilled and as close to "painless" as one can get. I've been going to him for 10+ years, and had various procedures including large fillings and crowns, and never experienced pain! Excellent "people" skills with all ages. And in cases of dental emergency, he'll always squeeze me in if necessary.
I've been to several dentists over the years, but Dr. Noppinger is the *best*. I've recommended him to neighbors, and they agree.
(Can't comment on cost, because my insurance covers most of it, but whenever I've had a part to pay, he's been open and understanding about the need to pay off over time if necessary. To be fair, I try not to take advantage of him, because he has bills to pay, too!)
Dr. Noppinger is always patient with my questions (and I alway have questions!) and offers clear explanations.
