Beautiful office. Dr. Imm is a stress free Doctor - handling the needs of a fearful patient. He does mostly twilight and concious sedation when doing your dental work.
I had basic work done, cleaning and a filling. The staff and Dr. Imm couldn't have been more accomodating. That said, Dr. Imm would not do a root canal that I needed, and one that I was fearful of having done by a regular endodontist. Because of that his refusal, I no longer went to see him - why? I am highly sensitive to pain, and as such cannot tolerate even the thought of going through another lower molar root canal again. I want to be knocked out. His saying no, really upset me. So now I'm looking for another dentist, one who will do the procedure when I'm knocked out.
Still, my overall impression of Dr. Imm - you get what you pay for - his treatments are expensive, but you get high quality work, super customer service - the best I've ever had in a Dentist office - and you get caring people - his office staff really cared about my well-being.
About Hygienist: The office hygienist was super - she really took her time to do her work, the best I've ever had. Extremely meticulous in her work, and while she was working, she showed she cared about my well-being. Excellent!
