My appointment was canceled at the last minute due to family emergency. dr. case would not give a follow up appointment time. dr. case could care less that i waited 2 weeks to see him and the pain was excruciating. i would not recommend seeing this endodontist.

Dr. Case has was sick the first two weeks I tried to get an appointment; he has now canceled 3 appointments with "family emergencies" each time. He is the only endodontist on my health care plan, and because he cannot keep an appointment I will be paying more than two times the out of pocket expense. His office hours say they open at 7:30, but if you call the phone just rings and rings with no one answering. When appointments are canceled, they say they will call back to reschedule, but they never have. Each time I had to call them, only to be canceled again.
