Unbelievably professional in every respect. The entire staff was superb. The results have been complete success so far - others said I would lose the tooth (previous root canal was complete and utter failure). Dr. Sheets worked diligently and saved all. Wonderful doctor and wonderful staff!

I health spa? That is ridiculous. Who cares about that stuff? But the Sheats family are the best, by far, in this area. One of the most important things to me, is anesthesia during the procedure. The staff is objective about that, in that they won't tell you that you "should be numb enough for the procedure".
This is a very kind and compassionate family, and they are GOOD at what they do. The staff makes you feel comfortable, and the procedure is relatively pain-free. Dr. Sheats-Mathis has a great chairside manner, and is very skilled. She gets it honestly. Her father Dr. Sheats Sr. is awesome as well.
So if you have to have a root canal, I can vouch personally for this office. I've had 2 from this office, and noone does it better.

She is the best! I was scared to death before the RCT but she and her staff managed to calm me down. She is funny, smart and professionally exceptional. A wonderful dentist with wonderful people skills. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I love the family-like atmosphere and I love how this office pays attention to details: billing, prescriptions, consultation, treatment, everything went just smooth. I even got the treatment the same day and didn't have to wait for another appointment with my pain.
I am just thankful that my fate led me to her, she might just have saved me a transatlantic trip and a lot more suffering.
The office staff is kind and nice to everyone, even to crybabies like myself. :)

Dr. Sheats-Mathis is a REAL professional!
She saved my tooth by retreating a root canal on which the other endodontist gave up.
She used microscope to extract a broken pin that obstructed the root canal.
Fantastic job! Nice and clean office, minimal pain, billing and charges are thoroughly explained; OK chair-side manners (if like somebody talking to you when you mouth is full of all that things), everybody is very nice.
Great result! My best experience in Nashville.
