Dr Katz is the best dentist i've ever been to. His office and staff are very friendly and welcoming.His dental work is meticulous and thanks to him I have a beautiful new smile. If you want a professional dentist, Dr Katz is your man. He is very gentle, and the needles don't hurt at all.
About Hygienist: The Hygienists are excellent in treating their patients with comfort and understanding. The work is outstanding with quality service. The various hygienists are very professional and to add also very cool.

Dr Kaz was very personable. Had a crown done and decent work. The only negative is that my cavity wasn't completed removed. I went to a local dental school a couple month later and the studfent dentist had to remove partical crown to get to the cavity. This was back in 2005.

Have had extensive work done on TMJ problems, deep cleaning, and replacement fillings, and I find Dr. Katz and his entire staff to be absolutely terrific in their efficiency and their supportive, caring behavior. I have never had such hands-on, nurturing caring as I've received here. Dr. Katz himself is very generous with his time; you feel listened to, and wonderfully informed. I actually look forward to going to his office!

Dr. Katz and his staff have been extremely kind, very professional, and willing to answer all of my questions every time I've been there. I have not had any problem getting appointments, and when a root canal (done by another dentist) had to be corrected, he got me a referral to a specialist within the week.

I've been seeing Dr. Katz since the mid-80's and continue to drive to SF for his services despite moving 40 miles away. I even tried another dentist and returned to Dr. Katz after the other dentist tried to recommend expensive procedures that I really didn't need (and would have compromised the integrity of my teeth over time)! Because I don't really like having my teeth worked on -- even for just a cleaning -- they have taken especially care to make the visit as pleasant as possible, and I have never experienced any pain there. Dr. Katz is very good at applying anaesthtic, too, when required, not even making the initial needle painful at all. Plus, they have been more than accomodating to my scheduling needs. I higfhly recommend him, and his staff's work.

Very friendly and professional. Cost was reasonable and pain was managed well. Front desk was friendly and I did not have to wait too long.

Dr. Katz and the whole staff are absolutely wonderful. I defintely was in need of dental work, and not one time did they make me feel uncomfortable about the condition of my teeth. They just did what they needed to do. The best part is that Dr. Katz explains everything to you as well as all your options. They are wonderful!!!

I had my gums cleaned and two root canals. I had such a great experience. Did not feel any pain during and after. The staff is just great and Dr. Katz is just wonderful. He explains as he goes along and explains the procedure to where you understand what he is doing. I live in Sacramento and it is worth the trip to San Francisco to see Dr. Katz. I cannot express enough how wonderful the whole office is. They work with the insurance company and make you feel very special.

Actually I had a crown done...and dental cleaning. Extremely professional atmosphere. Hands on treatment from doctor. Excellent dr patient communication skills. Stable reliable dental hygienist. Consistent care. Staff personable. Initially pictures are done (before pictures) so you can compare before and after. I'm so pleased. I've been to 3 different dentists since liviing in the area for the last 18 years. I don't plan on going to any other dentist. Try it you'll like it. And when you're in the dental chair look up...I'm not going to tell you what's in the ceiling.
