Dr. Way is mean and cruel and talked about other patients during my treatment. I would never go back to her or would I let my family or friends go to her. She made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious and I couldn't wait until she finished my crown so I would never have to go back to her. She has absolutely no bedside manner, none! She has given me incredible fear to go even go to a dentist. One more thing, when she gives you a shot, she doesn't wait until the numbness medicine works and she shoots it in your gum like she doesn't have time to do it slowly and painlessly. She does it faster than pulling a trigger on a gun, which I would rather do to myself then go back to see her.

Dr. Way was my dentist in 1985 at Family Dental in Waterford Michigan.
She was not a very nice person and in my opinion, was very sarcastic and didn't have a very nice chair side manner. She also didn't treat her staff very nice. I was behind her when she thought I was still in the room and heard her yelling at her assistant. I can't believe she is still a dentist. I thought by now she would have gone into something a little more her speed, like maybe an IRS agent or something. That's about all I have to say about Carolyn Way. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest after all these years. It was not a very good experience.

Dr Way is THE BEST!. She was (embarrassed) the first dentist I have visited ever. I was 35 at the time, scary I know. She and her staff are awesome. My wife has had many dentists in her life and says Doc Way is hands down the best. I have refered my sister (a major chicken in regards to dentists) and she also loves this practice. Dr Way and staff are gentle, professional, thorough, and have great "chair side manner". A thousand thanks to Dr Way and her EXCELLENT staff. My four year son now goes to Dr Way and has ZERO fear or apprehension.
I recommend Dr Way to everyone that needs a new Dentist.
